Mount: M42 (Screw Mount with aperture pin)
Very good Cosmetically with just a couple of small scratches (one visible in the photos next to SMC at the front).
This is a perfect lens for adapting to modern digital, especially if you have a micro 4/3rds or a mirrorless camera (such as Sony Alpha's).
Brilliant designed lens in its day (1970's) and still extremely sought after today.
SMC in the name stands for Super Multi Coating, which Asahi / Takumar were the first to use multi coating on all their consumer lenses (in 1971). This coating is used to increase the optical qualities of the lens. It is common place these days for all lenses to have some form of multi coating.
No fungus or mold is visible. Lens is in working condition and includes front cover (metal).
Slight yellowing of the Thorium coating is visible. Expose to UV to remove this.
